Casa Margot is in the nicest area in Puerto Vallarta, Conchas Chinas about a mile and a half from downtown, south, close to transportation.  You don't need a car, but there is covered parking.  There is a library with built in closets and a sofa bed.  And as a added feature, there is another room that could be used as an office with a king size futon.

From the pool and upper patios, there are great ocean views and the Sierra Mountains, making this a wonderful property for a long term stay or ?  The entrance to Casa Margot with its high ceilings, rounded rosewood doors make for a dramatic entrance.  The living room is spacious and comfortable with 2 sofas, chairs, plenty of windows and a bar.  The kitchen is beautiful with Mahogany cabinets, beautiful tile and breakfast bar.  It is truly decorated in the Mexican style with art work and beautiful ceramics, 20 by 25 it is a great place to congregate.  The master bedroom features  a hand made canopy bed, en-suite bathroom with 2 sinks and 2 bathtubs and shower and it is done in beautiful tile.

There is also a balcony perfect for morning coffee. There is another bedroom (not shown) with a double bed, large closets, a built-in bookcase and desk.  The bathroom to this bedroom is all built in mahogany cabinets and large old fashioned claw foot bathtub and shower. (not shown). 

The library is all paneled in Primavera, an exotic wood, with built in bookcases for books, TV, VCR, stereo and a comfortable fold out sofa bed.   There is a a laundry room with washer, dryer, and storage space.  The private patio with built in barbeque, lounge chairs, table and chairs is the perfect place to relax and  entertain.  The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, surrounded with million dollar villas. Casa Margot is on one very large piece of property that is shared by two other private villas, sometimes the pool is shared.
